BCWF Yoga

You’ve done BootCampWF (and loved it!) and you’ve tried yoga (or have at least considered it!).  Well the best of both worlds have just collided to form BCWF Yoga!

BCWF Yoga is BootCampWF’s innovative and dynamic blend of conditioning and yoga that creates a body-challenging and mind-calming experience.  This energetic, fitness-based approach to working out will improve your core stability and flexibility, boost your athletic ability and prevent injury, tone and trim your waist line, and rejuvenate your soul and spirit.

BCWF Yoga is a 75-minute combination class consisting of 45 minutes of the same BootCampWF you have come to love, followed by 30 minutes of yoga.  After you have worked every major muscle in the body during the BootCampWF segment, we move on to yoga, taught by Westfield practitioners Mary Roth and Jen Lanza, who bring over 10 years of yoga experience to BootCampWF, and will take participants through some strengthening, lengthening and then calming poses and movements for all fitness levels.

BCWF Yoga is perfect for the fitness BootCampWFers looking for the ultimate health transformation.  Participants will build and improve core strength, increase flexibility to open up your shoulders, chest, hips, hamstrings and more, increase mental clarity and self-awareness and improve overall well-being.

Modifications are given in most postures to either deepen for the advanced practitioners or ease into for the beginning yoga student.  Just like BootCampWF, each BCWF Yoga session is different with fresh new challenges.  BCWF Yoga sequences will test and condition one’s endurance, core, balance and range of motion… all seamlessly done with mindfulness, breath and intention of practice.

To introduce BCWF Yoga to our recruits, we will offer this 75-minute combination class at NO EXTRA CHARGE during our BCWF Indoors 6-week session at Surgent’s.   One of the BootCampWF classes each week will be a BCWF Yoga class – alternating between Mon, Wed and Fri.  And every Tues, the BCWF Lite class will be a BCWF Yoga class blending 45-minutes of BCWF Lite with 30-minutes of yoga.  ALL BootCampWFers CAN ATTEND ANY CLASS!

The following 5:45 am classes will START AT 5:30 am AND BE 75-MINUTE BCWF Yoga CLASSES: Wed 1/18, Fri 1/27, Fri 2/3, and Fri 2/10.

These 9:15 am classes will be 75-minute BCWF Yoga classes:  Fri Jan 6,
Wed Jan 11, Wed Jan 18, Wed Jan 25, Mon Jan 30 and Mon Feb 6.
