HOW LONG IS EACH BootCampWF WORKOUT?
Each workout lasts for one-hour.  Every workout begins with a warm-up, works the entire body, and ends with stretching.  A BootCampWF Session runs 4- or 3-days per week for six weeks although we do offer a 2-day/week and 1-day/week program.  You can also add on a weekend workout to any package.  BCWF Lite  is 2-days per week for six weeks.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO GET OUT OF THE BootCampWF PROGRAM?
·                Prior to (and after!) every session, we conduct an optional performance assessment so that you and the instructors can measure progress over the course of the program.  Performance assessments include the number of sit-ups you can do in one minute, the maximum number of push-ups you can do and how long it takes you to walk/run a half-mile.  We will also do an optional weigh-in and perform a body-fat assessment for recruits.  If you stick with it, you can expect to improve in each one of these assessments by the end of the program, but remember, you get out of it what you put into it! 
·                 You can expect to work the entire body each time you attend.  While we do something different every day to keep it interesting, all workouts include a warm-up with dynamic stretching, some type of cardio drill (including obstacle courses, hill training, short distance sprints, etc), strength training and abdominal work, and end with static stretching. 
·                 A chance to workout in the great outdoors
·                 For optimal health and performance, you may add on a Nutritional Package to any of the BootCampWF packages
·                 By the end of a six-week session, you will have gone through a body-changing experience, have increased your energy and confidence level, have met some great people with similar goals to yours and will have had fun while doing it.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO BootCampWF?
All you need to bring is an exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), a water bottle and a sense of adventure!

DO I HAVE TO BE IN SHAPE TO JOIN?  IF I’M NOT, WILL I BE ABLE TO DO IT?
Regardless of age, size, shape, gender or fitness level, our mission is to help you get into great shape, reduce stress, lose weight, increase energy and build confidence. Of course, you should always consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.  When you register, you’ll be asked what you think your current fitness level is and if you have any pre-existing conditions that might limit what you can do.  Your instructor will offer modifications of exercises based on the current fitness levels in the workout program.  For those just beginning an exercise program who may need a gentler approach, we are now introducing BCWF Lite, a wellness program where the focus will be on reconnecting with your body and getting it moving on a regular basis in a supportive and nature-filled environment. I WORKOUT REGULARLY AND FEEL I LIKE I’M IN GREAT SHAPE -- WILL I GET ANYTHING OUT OF THE PROGRAM?
We think so.  When you register, you’ll be asked what you think your current fitness level is.  Based on the make-up of the program at the time, we design it to challenge everyone.  We offer modifications on all exercises and at times, break the class up into groups based on fitness level.  We can put you in touch with the triathletes, marathoners and college athletes who have already completed a session, all of whom loved it and felt they were challenged enough.  

I BELONG TO A GYM – WHY WOULD I ALSO DO BootCampWF?
Most people go to a gym and do the same workout every day.  At some point, pretty early on, your muscles get used to doing the same thing day in and day out, so that the benefit of doing them declines rapidly.  BootCampWF workouts are different each day, work the whole-body in many different ways, and utilize the whole park so you never get bored with your surroundings like you might in a gym setting. 

WHAT IF I CAN’T COMMIT TO 4- or 3-DAYS A WEEK FOR 6 WEEKS?
You will get the maximum benefit out of enrolling in the entire 4- or 3-days/week for 6 weeks program, but we do offer 2-days/week and 1-day/week programs.  If you miss a class for whatever reason, you can make it up at anytime during that session, including Saturdays.  Obviously, you get out of it what you put into it and your results will not be as dramatic with fewer days.  At these low rates, the entire program is worth every penny.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS EXTREMELY BAD?
We will workout in rain or shine (but nor’easters and blizzard conditions may not be conducive).  We will also cancel if temperatures are below 10 degrees F.  There is actually a covered area in Tamaques Park where we have worked out before and will use that during inclement conditions.  In the event that a workout is cancelled for weather-related conditions, we will post it on our web site (www.BootCampWF.com) at least 60 minutes before the scheduled start time.  All full-time enrollees (3 days/week) are able to make up a cancelled workout during the current or the following session. 

I’M STILL NOT READY TO COMMIT -- CAN I TRY OUT A CLASS?
If you’re still not ready to commit, your first class is on us!  If at the end of the class, you’re convinced that this will be a body-changing experience for you (and it will!), ENLIST!
