     Spring I – March 7– April 25 (NO Camp 3/31-4/10)
       FREE Optional Fitness Assessments for BCWF & BCWF Lite:
            Pre-BCWF - March 5 @ 6:00 & 9:15 am
            Post-BCWF - April 27 @ 6:00 & 9:15 am
   Spring II - April 30 - June 13 (NO Camp 5/25-5/28)

All workouts are 60 minutes and meet in Tamaques Park.    All New Recruits are strongly encouraged to do the fitness assessments.  Fitness assessments consist of 1/2 mile walk/run, how many push-ups you can do without stopping and how many sit-ups you can do in 60 seconds.  There will also be an optional weigh-in and body fat assessment.  Need a minimum of 3 recruits to hold any 6-week session.
